If you do not see a desired programming option listed below, please contact the Bement Site Manager to customize an event or program. Bement also has a Work Exchange Program that allows groups to earn credits toward their stay by working on service projects during their stay. Groups can earn free lunches or money off their overnight stay. Contact us for details. Corporate Events Company Picnics: $20 per person Meeting Space (Groups up to 25): $200 per 4-hour period Meeting Space (Groups over 25): $500 per 4-hour period Leadership Training (Groups up to 25): $60 per person Leadership Training (Groups over 25): $55 per person College Events Freshman Weekend Experience: $100 per person per day Freshman Week-long Experience: $90 per person per day Weekend Retreat: $40 per person per night Summer Experience: $90 per person per night Church Events All-Inclusive Parish Retreat: $80 per person per night (up to $240 per family) Rustic Parish Retreat: $50 per person per night (up to $150 per family) Women's/Men's Retreats: $50 per person per night Youth Outdoor Adventure: $70 per person per night Youth Winter Adventure: $40 per person per night Youth Events One-day Challenge Course Adventure: $45 per person Overnight Challenge Course Adventure: $100 per person A Day in the Woods: $500 per 8-hour period ($6 box lunch available) Summer Experience: $60 per person per night (add $20pp for optional Challenge Course) Youth Outdoor Adventure: $50 per person per night Youth Winter Adventure: $40 per person per night Summer Camp Facilities Facility Rental: $750 per day, plus $8 per camper for hot lunch meal Full-Service Overnight Camp Rental: Call for details Challenge Course Session - Low Ropes: $20 per person Challenge Course Session - HIgh and Low Ropes: $30 per person No-Cost Extras (subject to availability) Basketball Volleyball Campfire* TV/DVD/VCR LCD projector and screen Overhead projector and screen Easel and paper Hiking trail access Recreation field use Fishing access (bring your own pole and bait) If you do not see a desired programming option listed above, please contact the Bement Site Manager to customize an event or program. *Campfire availability dictated by the State Fire Marshal. |
