Company Picnics

Does your company need to get away from computer screens and cell phones and have a day of fun? Bement can host picnics for up to 150 people on our grounds. Offered from May to October, we will cater a BBQ buffet at our dining hall or on the sports field as your company enjoys the day off in the great outdoors.

Includes:

• Choice of hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage, chicken or veggie burger
• Variety of cold and hot side dishes and cold (non-alcoholic) beverages
• Use of sports field for activities and games
• Lake activities, including fishing, canoeing and rowing
• Unlimited access to hiking trails
• Optional ropes course

Cost: $20 per person

Meeting Space
Sometimes a change of scenery can help spur new thinking. Bement offers a non-traditional setting for off-site meetings when your company really needs to focus. Whether you are working with a small group or a large seminar or conference, we can provide a meeting space to suit the occasion.

Includes:

• Meeting room with conference table and chairs and Internet access
• Unlimited coffee and tea service
• Optional continental breakfast or bag lunch

Upper or Lower Luke's (groups up to 25): $200 per 4 hr period

Taylor Hall (groups over 25): $500 per four-hour period

Breakfast or lunch: $10 per person

Leadership Training Day
Whether you are training sales reps, a customer service department, or looking to encourage your management team, a day out of the office and into the woods can bring new life to your company. You will have full access to an appropriately sized meeting facility for your group, breakfast and lunch, and two hours of team-building exercises led by a trained facilitator on our low ropes course and climbing wall. Participants will learn listening skills, team skills and leadership skills as they navigate their way through individual and team challenges.

• Continental breakfast and buffet lunch
• Two hours of facilitated low ropes course or team building activities

Groups under 25: $60 per person
